This is an entirely new website for the community of Balmain Cove.

If you live in Balmain Cove you will find information and contact details for the various people involved in managing affairs and providing certain services.

It is also a place where the Community Association and its individual subsidiary bodies are able to publish minutes of meetings and other notices.

a.    The Knoll – 35 Terry Street (Unit 1-6, Shop 1-6) 

b.    Poolsides – 1 Wulumay Close (Unit 1-28).

c.     T&L/Tors & Landing – 3 Wulumay Close (Unit 1-101).

d.    E&E/Escarpments & Esplanades – 5 Wulumay Close (Unit 102-189).

e.    Ramparts – 21 Waragal Avenue (Unit 1-20).

f.      Ridgetops – 8 to 52 Waragal Avenue.

g.    Ridgetops East – 54 to 64 Waragal Avenue.

h.    Gallery Walk – 2 to 10 Wulumay Close and 2, 4, 6 Waragal Avenue.

i.      Grove – 1 to 19 Waragal Avenue.

The T&L, E&E & The Ramparts buildings have their respective building managers. The Knoll, The Poolside, The Ridgetops, The Ridgetops East, The Gallery Walk, & The Grove have no building manager. If required contact the CA committee member for the area.

Strata Management – The Strata Management company for the Balmain Cove Community Association is Dynamic Property Services. 

Site Management- The Site Management company for the Balmain Cove Community Association is Strata Schemes Facility Management.

Pathways or special section names:

1.        Tramway walkway – between T&L and E&E stairs going down.           

2.        Waterfront & Marina – coming down from Tramway the walkway beside the water.           

3.        Balmain Cove Park- waterfront near school fence with Balmain Cove hedge sign.           

4.        Elliott Park – a park with a rotunda near E&E and Ramparts.           

5.        Heartbreak Hill – hilly walkway coming up from Waterfront to Ramparts beside E&E.
